WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Please contact us with any issues or return questions as we constantly work with our valued customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase. However, please keep in mind that due to big size and weight, most of our items, require a substantial amount of work to get them to you and we must recover these costs unless the mistake is ours. Any cancellation may carry a restocking fee which is solely dependent on the items ordered and the time window of cancellation of purchase orders. If the cancellation request is received within 12 hours from the time of purchase, these fees may be waived we also waive this fee if there is any mistake on our part. The restocking fee normally ranges between 10-25% however due to shipping & handling charges, some products may carry a higher restocking fee. Please Contact Us for any questions in this regard. Please contact us to set up a return authorization prior to returning any items. Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment of merchandise. After approval, all items must be returned within 14 days. If any item is damaged during the return process, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the damaged product. Warranty items must be purchased directly from our store. All products must be returned in original condition and without any signs of use or missing original accessories and are subject to increased restocking fees or complete refusal of the return at our discretion. After inspection, the order will be refunded via the original payment method minus any restocking fees.

MOUNTED TIRES

Please note that once tires have been mounted on the wheels then you own them. Please double-check sizing & fitment prior to mounting tires, as once you mount it you own it. No returns, exchanges, or alterations are permissible under these circumstances. 

PACKAGE ORDERS

Package purchases are governed by a separate return policy, test fitting before driving is your responsibility. Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we cannot accept a return. WHY I AM CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE ON MY RETURNS?

Restocking fees are necessary with these larger items because it takes a full team to set up the return, clean all returned items, thoroughly inspect each return and restock the items to our inventory. If a return is going back to the supplier or manufacturer, these restocking fees are charged by them.

WHAT DO FREE FITMENT MOUNT AND BALANCE INCLUDE? 

Each wheel and tire package is mounted and balanced free of charge before shipping. Sky Tire will mount the tires on the wheels and balance them. This process is done on the state of the Art latest equipment. This standard mount and balance is done with stick-on weights and includes a standard chrome valve stem. We always recommend professional installation.

DO YOU GUARANTEE FITMENT?

Yes, we do and we guarantee that the correct bolt pattern will be shipped if you provide the exact year, make, and model of your vehicle. If further specifications like offset or size are required, we recommend reaching out to one of our wheel specialists to confirm fitment. It is strongly recommended to perform a full test fit of the new wheel before finalizing its installation.

IS FITMENT MY RESPONSIBILITY?

We always endeavor to provide quality services to our valued customers and we have designed our site to make your purchase as seamless as possible. If you select your exact year, make, and model on the website or provide it to one of our representatives, we will verify that the wheels will bolt on the vehicle. You may verify the compatibility of accessories like lugs or TPMS as well. However in case you select a tire or wheel which is smaller or larger than stock, it is your responsibility to verify fitment or look into what modifications will be required to run items outside of your stock range. If you are not sure, please don’t hesitate to call us. We’ll suggest the best workable option because we know it.

At Sky Tire, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Free Shipping:

In most cases, we offer free shipping to any installer, business, residence, or FedEx pickup location within the contiguous United States. Our goal is to ensure your tires reach you quickly and safely, without additional cost.

Nominal Shipping Fee:

In some cases, a nominal shipping fee may be added to tires shipped to a business or residence, or for oversized tires due to their size and weight (typically larger farm, commercial, and industrial sizes).

Shipping Time Frames:

Orders placed by 01:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same day and orders placed after this deadline are typically processed within 1 business day.

Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

We provide tracking information for all shipments so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
